Zaffiro and Smeraldo are two elegant, recently renovated apartments on the first floor of a 1700s building, right in the pedestrianized historic centre.<\/p>\n

Both apartments, each measuring 60 m2, have an independent entrance, a large bedroom with a double bed, a living area with a table, a single sofa bed or armchair beds, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The rooms have delightful French balconies overlooking the lively Via Garibaldi.<\/p>\n

Every detail of the apartments has been designed to guarantee comfort without sacrificing elegance in the combination of modern furnishings inserted in a prestigious setting given by period parquet, windows and ceilings.<\/p>\n

With its private entrance from the balcony, Zaffiro welcomes you with the style of times past. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher. In the bathroom with glass shower cubicle, bidet and wall-mounted hairdryer you will also find a washing machine, useful for longer stays. The large room has a double four-poster bed and a sitting area with the two blue armchairs* that convert into extra beds if needed.<\/p>\n

Zaffiro is versatile: it comfortably hosts a family of 4, as well as couples who can find intimacy in these beautiful rooms with their refined atmosphere given by the touches of blue and gold.<\/p>\n

The small, well-equipped kitchen, with hob, fridge and microwave oven, is the setting for a bedroom with a modern double canopy bed and a sofa that transformes into an extra bed, and a modern bathroom with shower column, wall-mounted hairdryer and bidet.<\/p>\n
